Our Production & Shipping Process

 

All our products are sustainably made to order. This means we create your item specifically for you after you place your order, reducing waste and ensuring a high-quality product.

  1. Production Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipping.

  2. Smart, Local Shipping: We partner with a global network of production facilities. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address, ensuring faster shipping times, lower costs, and a reduced carbon footprint.

While our goal is to get your order to you much faster, please note that by law, we are committed to delivering all orders within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

 

Once your order has been produced, it will be dispatched for shipping. The times below are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays or customs holds).

  • USA: 3-6 business days

  • UK: 2-5 business days

  • European Union: 4-10 business days

  • Canada: 4-7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

 

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offer

 

We are pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders of $150 USD or more! The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

For orders below $50 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. You will see the final cost before confirming your payment.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Thanks to our local production in over 30 countries, many of our customers (including those in the EU, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia) will not incur any customs fees.

However, for some international destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Simplethia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

 

In the rare event that your order is damaged in transit or is lost, please contact us. Under consumer law, Simplethia is responsible for your order until you physically receive it.

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us at info@simplethia.com within 14 days from receiving it, with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This will help us to quickly arrange a replacement for you.

  • Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus a reasonable delay, please contact us so we can investigate and find a solution.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Orders

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us as "unclaimed" or due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
