1. Our 30-Day Quality Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return window for any item that is:

Damaged upon arrival.

Defective (e.g., a misprint or faulty product).

Incorrect (e.g., you received the wrong item, size, or color).
This 30-day period begins on the day you receive your order.

A clear description of the issue.

High-quality photos or a video clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. This is mandatory for us to process your claim with our production partners.
Once we evaluate and confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement product free of charge or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. In most cases of quality issues, you will not be required to return the original item.
2. Region-Specific Statutory Rights
For Customers in the European Union (EU)
Notwithstanding our 30-day quality guarantee, consumers residing in the European Union have a legal right to cancel an order under the Consumer Rights Directive.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal): You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

CRITICAL EXCEPTION FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS: According to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to "the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized."
Because all Simplethia products are printed on-demand specifically for you after an order is placed, they are considered personalized goods. Therefore, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our products. We cannot accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to carefully check size charts and product details before ordering.
For Customers in Other Regions (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
Our 30-Day Quality Guarantee (Section 1) is our primary return policy for all customers globally. Your purchase may also be covered by local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. We will honor all applicable local laws.
3. General Conditions & Process
How to Initiate a Return
To start any return process, you must first contact us through our contact form at https://simplethia.com/pages/contact.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send any items back to us or our production partners without receiving prior authorization. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. The return address is not our corporate address and will be provided by our team if your return is authorized.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Custom products (all our print-on-demand items), except for quality issues as defined in Section 1.

Sale items or gift cards.

Personal care goods or items sealed for health/hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Our products are created on-demand, so we don't hold inventory.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you. The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
